Overview: As a UX/UI designer, I led the redesign project for the website https://lift.co/. The goal was to create a modern and user-friendly platform for cannabis enthusiasts to discover and purchase products. The project involved improving the overall user experience, enhancing the visual design, and optimizing the website for both desktop and mobile devices.

Research Phase
User Research
Conducted interviews, surveys, and user testing sessions to gain insights into the target audience’s needs, preferences, and pain points. Analyzed user feedback from the existing website to identify areas of improvement.
Competitive Analysis
Conducted a thorough analysis of competitor websites to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential differentiators. Examined their user interfaces, navigation patterns, content organization, and features.

Information Architecture
Created a sitemap and defined the structure of the new website. Redesigned the navigation to ensure easy and intuitive access to different sections and features. Streamlined the content organization to provide a clear user flow.

Developed low-fidelity wireframes using Balsamig and Figma to outline the key pages and their layouts. Collaborated closely with the product manager and stakeholders to align on the overall design direction and content placement. Iterated on the wireframes based on feedback.

Utilized a clean and modern design approach to enhance the visual appeal of the website. Created a visual style guide to ensure consistency across all pages.
